4. Account Creation and Management
To play Moore’s Law DLC, you must create an account and pay a one-time fee. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. All users are required to link their personal Microsoft account connected to an Xbox Live account that has an actively licensed copy of Minecraft to be able to join and play this product on our servers. 5. Payment and Refund Policy
General. Only Users who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction or state of residence may engage in financial transactions on the Services.
User Responsibilities. When purchasing access to Moore’s Law DLC, you (or your Guardian, as applicable) represent and warrant that you have the right to use your selected payment method and that your payment method has enough credit available to complete the applicable transaction. You further agree that you have read and agree to be bound by any applicable Additional Terms and that any information you provide in connection with any financial transaction on the Services, including without limitation the provision of a selected payment method, shall be subject to the privacy policy as outlined by the applicable payment service provider for that financial transaction.
